Who is Worthington Distribution?

Worthington Distibution is the exclusive fulfillment partner for replacement IoT devices on the Stratis/RealPage Smart Building platform. We work closely with the Stratis support team in order to commission devices to your specific property.

How do replacement devices work?

When you order a replacement device and provide your property name, unit number, and device name, we commission the new device to act exactly as the old one did. This allows you to simply install the new device in place of the old one and have it come online.

How long do replacement devices take to be delivered??

We typically commission replacement devices within 3-4 business days of receiving your order. Choose the desired shipping method when you check out.

How do I know if my device is Wi-Fi or Z-Wave?

You may want to check with Stratis support to determine if your site uses Wi-Fi or Z-Wave IoT. You can also check the part number on the device you are replacing and be sure it matches up with what you see in our store. Light switches have a part number sticker on their front, but you do have to remove the wall plate in order to see it. Thermostats can be pulled off the wall and you will see a part number on the back.

What if my device is still in warranty?

All replacement devices must be paid for when they are ordered. If you believe your device is in warranty, please make a note when checking out. We will look up the purchase date and if is in warranty we will process a refund. Do not discard your old device if you believe it is in warranty. You may need to ship it back for inspection.

Do orders ship same-day?

We try to ship orders the day they are placed up to 2:00 PM eastern time. Factors such as item availability and access to the site admin portal can delay processing.
